Total Weight Lost: 4 lbs

This last week I put in a lot of walking but Monday and Friday could have been better.  This week I will be aiming to improve that, according to MyFitnessPal and Fitbit I should be losing 2 lbs per week.  I am participating in a Fitbit Challenge that I will write about a little bit later today.

I apologize for the delay in posting this today.  It took me a little while to figure out the scale at my parents house as I am house sitting.
